The company has been run by the Simons family for more than 50 years and they still believe high standards and the personal touch make all the difference in creating the most delicious food. The company sells to independent butchers, schools, restaurant and pubs as well as online and to selected Tesco, Asda, Co-op, Nisa and Budgens’ stores.

Broad Oak Farm’s product range is not only shipped in bulk to retailers across the country – requiring robust boxes for holding strong when in transit – but products are also delivered to individual customers via online orders. They are supplied both chilled and frozen, meaning that while durability is non-negotiable, packaging needs to be able to withstand cold temperatures as well as account for potentially high moisture levels.
Our close working relationship with the client is based on a thorough understanding of the customer’s business and its ongoing needs. While many clients utilise our stock and serve facilities, Broad Oak Farm managing their packaging levels onsite – and we deliver direct. Their CLF Boxwise sales rep visits the company on a monthly basis to take stock of inventory, check in with the client about upcoming requirements and establish what needs replenishing for the upcoming weeks and months. Forward orders are then placed in accurate numbers to meet the specific levels required.
