A major new chapter has begun for two long-established packaging businesses following the merger of CLF Packaging Limited and Boxwise Limited – creating CLF Boxwise.
Our newly merged company combines decades of expertise in corrugated cardboard packaging, warehousing and distribution, creating a stronger and more agile business positioned to support manufacturers, distributors and commercial organisations across the Midlands and South East.
At the helm of the new merged business are Sales & Commercial Director Amanda Boulter and Operations & Finance Director Jo Jolley, whose invaluable industry experience and combined expertise – coupled with a true enthusiasm and passion for delivering outstanding solutions to customers – has driven the project.

The journey to CLF Boxwise
CLF Packaging was founded in 1974, offering bespoke packaging and outstanding customer service across the Midlands and South East England, growing to become a leading provider within the industry. Boxwise, similarly, from its formation in 1991, began supplying top-quality corrugated packaging across the business sector and quickly established a reputation for a reliable, high-quality service.
The two businesses have already shared a close history, with Boxwise becoming part of the CLF Group in 2002 before they formally merged in 2026 under the new CLF Boxwise identity.
Throughout this new chapter, the company will build on the collective success of CLF Packaging and Boxwise and continue the legacy of working in partnership with customers to deliver an outstanding level of care and service – as well as, of course, the best quality products available.
As part of its future strategy, CLF Boxwise plans to continue investing in customer partnerships, logistics capability and environmentally responsible packaging solutions that help businesses reduce waste and improve supply chain performance.
